Brett has been involved with Prehospital Emergency Medicine for over 22 years.  He is currently a Fire Lieutenant/Paramedic and has a diverse background as a Firefighter,  EMS educator, SWAT Paramedic, Critical Care Paramedic, Fire Officer, and Dad.  He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical sciences from Colorado State University, and was immediately drawn to a career in  Emergency Medicine within the Fire Service.  Brett’s diverse background, and his  role as a leader in the fire services, drives his passion for supporting physical and mental wellness of first responders

Marci grew up on the western slope of Colorado but completed her nursing education and majority of her nursing career in Sterling.  Marci has been a registered nurse for 15 years with a background in Emergency Nursing.  She currently works as the trauma program manager at St. Anthony Summit Hospital in Frisco.  Throughout her career, Marci has been passionate about caring for patients and their family members when they are experiencing an emergency or traumatic event.  Her background in emergency nursing drives her passion for supporting families through SadieBug Charities

Sadie is an active four  and a half year old and attends preschool at Silverthorne Elementary.  When asked what she likes, Sadie responded: chocolate, papa and horses in that order.
